Commitment to Mental Health

Medication treatment combined with Psychotherapy has been proven to improve the lives of those with mental illness. In my practice, both are utilized as treatment options.

Therapies Offered to Patients

Medication Therapies

Medication treatment and consultation can be in collaboration with, and as a complement to, current mental health and medical providers and other healers. Evidenced based psychopharmacological interventions are employed and wellness education provided.

Psychotherapy interventions aim to facilitate the natural process of change, instill hope and promote individual empowerment. In therapy we explore individual strengths and resources. We focus on what works, not what’s wrong, with an eye always on the present and future.  I believe that clients come with their own solutions but need help putting them into action.
